Structure of the ministry

Before the Ministry underwent its restructuring process, there existed a hierarchical system that was in place. However, due to the Office of the Strategic Planning Team’s involvement, there was a deliberate plan to introduce changes in order to approach the Ministry’s operations in the most effective and efficient way possible. As a result, a restructuring process was initiated. This restructuring process aimed to streamline the Ministry’s management structure and organizational processes by reorganizing the hierarchy of the existing system. The goal was to ensure that decisions would be made faster, communication would be improved, and resources would be better allocated. The Office of the Strategic Planning Team was careful and thorough in carrying out this process to ensure that the best and most appropriate changes were put in place. Ultimately, the outcome was a more cohesive and functional Ministry, better equipped to achieve its objectives.
